Shipping & Delivery Policy

It's important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout. 

All stock products are processed for shipping in 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

While customized designer jewelry orders are processed within 20 to 30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control. At times during the third party certification process it may take up to 60 days for certification depending upon traffic at their end, in such scenario delivery of product get delayed. 

Domestic Shipping is free 

International Shipping charged as actuals 

Delivery time of shipment – Domestic shipment takes about 7 business days to deliver, while international shipments takes 15-20 business days normally, we won’t be responsible in case of delay in delivery due to conditions which are beyond our control.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kuber & Gour Industries LLP is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
